Kia Servicing & Parts (Covid-19 & How we will help keep our customers, staff and community safe).

For transparency we will add a small PPE charge of £5 whilst your car is in for Service, Mot or Repair. We previously absorbed the costs for items such as Nitrile Gloves and Seat Covers. However since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic, stock of PPE is both difficult to procure and cost of items has increased dramatically due to worldwide demand. As an example, pre-Covid-19 a box of Nitrile Gloves would cost our business £4.50 and today it costs £18.00-£20.00 . Hospital Grade Sanitiser in bulk would cost approx. £15.00per 5L, whilst today it costs between £40-£55. In addition to a Seat Cover, we will also apply a Steering Wheel, Gear Stick and Handbrake Cover . The main touch-points will be sanitised ready for you to collect your car.
